Account Information: When you sign up, we collect your name, email address, company name, and website URL.

Payment Information: Payment details are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers on our servers.

Website Content: When you connect your website, we scrape publicly available pages to train your chatbot. This content is stored and embedded for AI retrieval.

Chatbot Conversations: We store messages exchanged between your website visitors and your chatbot, including visitor IDs and the page URL where the conversation occurred.

Lead Information: If lead capture is enabled, we collect the name and email address visitors submit through the chatbot widget.

Usage Data: We collect analytics data including page views, feature usage, and performance metrics using Google Analytics.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve our services
  • Train your AI chatbot on your website content and uploaded documents
  • Process payments and manage subscriptions

4. Data Sharing

  • Stripe for payment processing
  • OpenAI for AI language model processing (conversation content is sent to generate responses)
  • Supabase for database hosting and authentication
  • Jina AI for website content extraction during scraping
  • Vercel for application hosting
  • Google Analytics for website usage analytics

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account (or a tenant is deleted), all associated data — including conversations, leads, embeddings, scraped pages, and uploaded files — is permanently deleted via cascading deletes.

Chatbot conversation data stored in the visitor's browser (localStorage) expires automatically after 24 hours.

6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), secure authentication (passwordless magic links via Supabase Auth), and access controls. Payment data is handled entirely by Stripe and never touches our servers.

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data (contact us or delete your account)
  • Export your data (conversation logs, leads)
