Everything teams ask before launching Replyza on their site.
How quickly can I go live?
Most customers go live the same day. Add your website URL, let Replyza scrape your pages, and embed one script tag — typically under five minutes.
What do I need to get started?
Just your website URL and an email address. Replyza handles the rest — scraping, training, and generating your embed script. You can also upload files and add Q&A pairs after setup.
Does it work on Shopify, WordPress, and custom sites?
Yes. Replyza works on any platform. We have step-by-step installation guides for Shopify, WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, Webflow, Framer, Ghost, and any custom HTML site.
How do I install the widget?
Copy a single script tag from your dashboard and paste it before the closing body tag on your site. Platform-specific guides walk you through each step.
What does the chatbot train on?
Three sources: your website pages (auto-scraped), uploaded files (PDF, DOCX, CSV, TXT, Markdown), and custom Q&A pairs you define in the dashboard. All sources are combined into one knowledge base.
Can I train it on more than just my website?
Yes. Upload PDFs, docs, CSVs, or text files from the Files page, and add exact Q&A pairs from the Q&A page for precise control over specific answers.
How do I update the chatbot’s knowledge?
Re-scrape your website from the Website page anytime your content changes. You can also add, edit, or remove files and Q&A pairs at any time — changes take effect immediately.
What are Quick Prompts?
Suggested questions that appear as clickable chips in the chat widget. Visitors can tap one to start a conversation instantly. You manage them from the Prompts page in your dashboard.
Does the chatbot answer from my actual content?
Yes. Every response is grounded in your crawled pages, uploaded files, and Q&A pairs — so answers reflect your real products, services, and policies.
Can the chatbot guide visitors to specific pages?
Yes. Replyza can direct visitors to product, pricing, shipping, returns, or contact pages mid-conversation to help them take action.
Does it capture leads?
Yes. Enable the in-chat lead capture form and visitors submit their name and email during the conversation. All leads appear in your Leads dashboard.
Can I preview the chatbot before going live?
Yes. The Playground page in your dashboard lets you chat with your bot in real time, see your current configuration, and test changes before they go live.
Can I see what visitors are asking?
Yes. The Conversation Logs page shows every chat your bot has handled, with full message history, timestamps, and visitor details.
Can I customize how the chatbot looks?
Yes. The Brand Bundle add-on unlocks custom colors, logo, chatbot name, placeholder text, auto-open delay, widget position, and removes Replyza branding entirely.
What is the Brand Bundle?
A $49/mo add-on (or $29/mo yearly) that unlocks all customization features: custom brand color, logo, chatbot name, placeholder text, lead capture form, auto-open delay, and branding removal.
Can I add suggested questions to the widget?
Yes. Quick Prompts let you add clickable suggested questions that appear in the chat widget. You can add, reorder, and toggle them from the Prompts page.
Is there a free trial?
Yes! Every new account starts with a 7-day free trial. You get 50 messages and 25 pages scraped to test everything out. Your card is collected at signup but won’t be charged until the trial ends.
What happens after the trial?
After 7 days, your Starter plan ($49/mo) begins automatically. You can switch to yearly billing ($29/mo) to save 40%, upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime from the Billing page — before or after the trial ends.
What plans are available?
Three tiers: Starter (4,000 messages/mo, up to 50 pages), Growth (10,000 messages/mo, up to 200 pages), and Scale (40,000 messages/mo, up to 1,000 pages). All plans include website scraping, the embed widget, file uploads, Q&A, and conversation logs.
How is billing handled?
Plans and upgrades go through Stripe. You can manage subscriptions and payment methods from the Billing page in your dashboard.
What happens if I exceed my message limit?
You can upgrade your plan or add the Extra Messages add-on (5,000 extra messages/mo) from your billing page at any time.
Can I cancel or downgrade?
Yes. Manage your subscription through the Stripe Customer Portal, accessible from your billing page. You can cancel during the trial and you won’t be charged.
